Splendor Cyber City – IT/ITeS Park is located on Express Highway, Sector 142, Noida, on a plot admeasuring 10 acres and will be constructed to conform to the National Building Code and TAC standards for Fire Protection. SLL and SITPL have entered into a joint venture for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) with M/s. M/s. Linspot Limited formerly known as Ireo Investment Holding IX Limited (IREO) to finance the development of the Project as a joint venture partner.
